The Summit County water Rescue Team is highly elite dedicated group of volunteers who are devoted to training and utilizing their skills and experience to be able to succeed in any and all aquatic emergencies. We are dedicated to serving our community and county and take pride in being a valuable resource that is called upon by many counties in the state of Colorado for emergency incidents and investigations. No matter if it is open water, swift water or ice, we train year round in all types of weather. Our missions can run anywhere from a few hours to a few days and we are always prepared for any situation. The team members dedicate two days a week including up to 10-15 of training.
